AMINO Snackfish

AMINO SNACKFISH® are dried cod pieces containing 9 essential Amino acids. They are a natural product high in protein (88%) and low in fat (0.9 g/100g) with no additives or preservatives. 

During the drying process only water disappears and all the nutrients from the fresh fish are retained. The dried product is around 18% of it's original weight as 30g are the equivalent of 163g of fresh fish. A 30g pack contains one serving.

Due to the nutritional facts, it is the ideal snack product for the health-conscious consumer and spreads a good source of natural protein intake across the day. It's a great snack when working-out as it will boost energy and protein is a fundamental ingredient for muscle growth for an individual wishing to increase muscle size. It is also a great source of OMEGA 3, which contributes to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect of OMEGA 3 is obtained with a daily intake of 0.25g of EPA and DHA.

Due to the initial preparation and packaging, the product has a long shelf life.
